The Details

If you are looking for a family event venue then Boddington Village Hall offers you flexibility and a wide range of options from very simple hire of the downstairs of the Hall with little or no decor - to a more decorative occasion - the choice is yours.

We have a kitchen that meets the needs of the best professional caterers - or for your friends and family if you are catering for yourselves. 

We have a full bar and this can be available for you.  If you have any special requirements from cask ales to cocktails - we will do our best to make sure they are available.

If you are organising a funeral wake or remembrance service then we appreciate that this is likely to be at short notice, and a difficult time for you all.  If you, your close family, or the decesased is a parish resident then we do not charge for the Hall.  The Committee volunteers will help as much as possilbe.

What is included

Hall hire includes:

  • Rental of the Hall for your specified time

  • The Bar and the Meeting Room and outside space

  • The staging

  • Cutlery and crockery

  • Hall rectangular tables and chairs

What other things are available?

We have a wide range of accessories that we are hire to add to your decor:

  • Wall drapes and different ceiling canopies

  • Table Cloths and napkins

  • Ivy and bunting, Fairy lights, and Sparkling ceiling lights

  • A wide range of coloured drapes to set off your colour scheme 

  • An entry gazebo or the large pagoda which can also be dressed for an additional entry or entertaining space

  • Sound system

  • Lights, rose bushes and table centres

What isn't included?

Sometimes clients like to arrange for their own decorative items, the main areas that are often hired in are shown below.  We have contacts that can do this for you:

  • Round tables and banqueting chairs

  • Lit dance floors

What do you expect us to do?

We expect you will have a fabulous time! But we also assume that you will arrange your own caterers and music (if you are using them).  We also expect you to set up the tables and your decorative items and clear away afterwards.
