At Boddington Village Hall we have all the facilities to make your party one to remember. All the decor and accessories for weddings are available for a party
We are concious of costs and budgets and will be absolutely clear about what is and isn't included. We are a charity and we are all volunteers - so we are here to make your day special.
Please note we do not allow 18th or 21st Birthday Parties.
How does it work?
What is included
The two events packages include the rental of the hall and some accessories but we also have a wide range of additional decorative accessories that can be hired at an extra cost - this includes the wall drapes and canopy. We hope that this approach offers value for money and you only pay for what you need.

Rental of the Hall either during the day on Saturday or from Saturday lunchtime until late (other days are available).

The Bar and the Meeting Room and outside space

What other things are available?
We have a wide range of accessories that are available to hire to add to your decor:

What isn't included?
Sometimes clients like to arrange for their own decorative items, the main areas that are often hired in are shown below. We have contacts that can do this for you:

Round tables and banqueting chairs

Lit dance floors
What do you expect us to do?
We expect you will have a fabulous time! But we also assume that you will arrange your own caterers, and music. We also expect you to set up the tables and your decorative items and clear away afterwards.
