"Boddies" fitness takes place in the main hall for three sessions on a Wednesday morning. Each week has a different focus and includes: Boxing, Strength, Circuits, HiiT, Mat Work and Mobility.
These classes are run by Kirsty New. Kirsty has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 10years, having worked with professional and amateur athletes.

Kirsty also runs an online health/fitness group.
The first class starts at 7am, followed by two further sessions at 9.15 and 10.15. Sessions are booked in blocks of 5-6 weeks (roughly on a half term basis) with payment in advance.
